The shutdown controller Beetrans-M4 integrates a rapid shutdown PLC signal transmitter, transceiver, and arc detection module. It is used in conjunction with the GNE PV rapid shutdown device and is mainly applied in distributed PV projects. It has the functions of automatic arc detection and emergency shutdown, completely eliminating the risk of fires caused by module failures, DC arcs, and other reasons. In case of emergency, its shutdown button can be manually pressed to shut down the output of the modules within 15 seconds, reducing the string voltage to a safe range to ensure personal and property safety. The product complies with the US NEC2017 (690.12), UL3741 rapid shutdown specifications, and supports the SunSpec shutdown protocol.
